Portfolio and Securities Administrator and Securities accredited by CVM. Degree in Business Administration from IBMEC/MG and Technical degree in Business Administration by SEBRAE/MG. Business Director at Samba Tech S/A and partner at GRP Investmentos, responsible for the areas of research and strategy, working in fundraising projects, interim financial management and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Executive at Inseed Investmentos, responsible for prospecting and acceleration part of the FMIEE Criatec’s portfolio, composed of 36 companies.
Degree in economics from IBMEC / MG. He was Financial Analyst at GRP Investments, working in fundraising projects, project finance and financial modeling. Was Trainee and Credit Analyst at Itaú BBA investment banking, responsible for credit analysis of corporate segment companies.
Rafael Moraes is the regional manager for Midwest Brazil. Previously he worked as a private equity analyst at FUNCEF, where he was in charge of new business development. He was a member of the Investment Committees of a number of private equity funds, in several industry sectors such as IT, forestry, entertainment, biotechnology and infrastructure. He also served as a board member at Florestal Brasil S.A. Rafael worked for Vivo Celular, Brasil Telecom and Shell Brasil. He was also an angel investor in tech startups. Rafael holds a MSc in Business Administration from COPPEAD/UFRJ.
Venture Capital analyst at Garan Ventures responsible for Criatec2 Investment Memo’s covering startup companies located at the Mid-West region of Brazil. Previously worked with financial advisory at Kapital Projetos and Econsult in the health, real estate and retail sectors.
Bachelor degree in Economics from University of Brasília, attended University Carlos III of Madrid with a scholarship sponsored by Santander Bank.
Investment Analyst at Garan Ventures, responsible for the fund’s Midwest region investment theses formulation. Moisés worked previously as a analyst at the financial advisory division of the company Sigel Capital, engaged for three years in mergers and acquisitions projects, business valuation, opportunity prospecting and corporate finance. Holds a bachelor degree in Mathematics from Unisersity of Brasília (UNB).
Ana Luiza is a partner at Guimarães Ferreira Consultoria, where she is responsible for the management of the Criatec 2 fund for the Northeast region of Brazil. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Pernambuco and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Georgia, USA. She is a PhD student in Political Science at the Federal University of Pernambuco. Ana Luiza was a research fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank, working on impact investing projects. She has also worked at Endeavor, Citibank and Amcham.
Laís is analyst of the Criatec 2 fund for the Northeast region of Brazil, at Guimarães Ferreira Consultoria, where she has also worked on modeling projects for long term private sector financing. She holds a degree in economics from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).
Leandro is responsible sourcing, executing and monitoring the Fund’s investments in the south region.
Prior to joining Criatec 2, he spent five years advising middle market companies in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in South America, focusing in industries such as technology, industrials, consumer goods and retailing. Prior to that, Leandro held different analyst and associate positions in the administrative, operations and IT departments of companies such as Wal-Mart, Gerdau and technology startup incubator RAIAR.
Leandro holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), a partial M.A. in International Administration from the University of Miami, and an Advanced Certificate in Financial Analysis from New York University. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Otavio Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and joined FIP Criatec II as an investment analyst for South Brazil. He has experience in market and company analysis, financial management, international trade, cross-cultural awareness and entrepreneurship. Prior to FIP Criatec 2 he had worked for an investment boutique, NGOs, general contractors, including experiences in multinational companies outside of Brazil.
Started his career in audit and then worked for 10+ years as Finance Director for Oil & Gas and Entertainment industries, both for local groups and internationally listed (NYSE and LSE) companies. Management of treasury, accounting, budget, IT, tax, HR, legal, billing and procurement areas. Solid knowledge on hedging multiple currency deals. Financial reporting under BR GAAP and IFRS. Actively participated in a restructuring of USD 100M Eurobonds under Rule 144A. Preparation of offering circulars and related documentation necessary for the tender offer under US SEC’s Regulation “S”. Took part in M&A and privatization processes, both on sell and buy sides. Acted as auditor in charge of due diligence assignments. At Venerdì Investments Luciano is the regional manager allocated to Criatec I and II – both VC Funds specialized on highly innovative start-up companies. He is in charge of prospection, valuation, term sheet, acceleration, co-investment and divestment.
André Camlot is an investment analyst at Criatec 2 in the Rio de Janeiro region. André is an Administration student at Puc – Rio. He started his commercial career in a startup. He worked in the energy sector in the area of investor relations, also worked in the financial market and with consulting. Has knowledge of entrepreneurship and coexistence with entrepreneurs and startups.
Rodrigo is a Managing Partner at Hyperion Capital Brasil and is responsible for the Fund Management and Corporate Finance divisions. Holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from EAESP-FGV.
Has been working in the financial market since 2002, in financial institutions such as HSBC and Banco Modal, proprietary investments area of Grupo Itaúsa and consultancy firms such as PwC Corporate Finance, K2 Investimentos and BF Capital. Has also been Managing Director of Pare Bem, a parking lot management company.
Lincoln is a Investment Analyst at Hyperion Capital Brasil. Holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from EAESP-FGV.
Worked at the management consulting company Falconi and in the Mergers and Acquisitions area of General Electric. Has also worked in several start ups invested by the Arpex Capital fund.
