Triaxis Capital was chosen to work in partnership with Bozano Investment as Operational Advisor of the Criatec 2 Fund. As co-manager of the fund, its main responsibilities are: (i) advice the fund’s strategic direction; (ii) select, train, coordinate and integrate the regional teams.
Triaxis Capital is an independent Investment Management Firm, specialized in Venture Capital. The firm is based in Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais) and has regional offices in Florianopolis (Santa Catarina) and Recife (Pernambuco). Its focus is long-term investments in innovative private companies with a high return potential.
Triaxis was founded in 2012 through a partnership between the regional managers of Criatec I Fund responsible for Minas Gerais, Pernambuco and Santa Catarina. Triaxis Capital founding partners participated actively of the investment and management process of 18 out of the 36 selected companies over six years in Criatec I Fund.

Eric Gomes Nobre Ribeiro
Founding partner at Triaxis Capital and certified fund manager by CVM (Brazilian SEC equivalent). He holds a BA in Business Administration and MBA in Business Management and PMBA in Asset Valuation from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Since 2007, he manages Criatec I Fund operations in Minas Gerais, conducting portfolio development and monitoring a portfolio of eight companies. Member of the Board of Directors of several biotechnology companies, he also worked as executive in many multinational companies.
Founding partner at Triaxis Capital and certified fund manager by CVM. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco, MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and MSc in Management from FBV/DeVry. Since 2008, he manages Criatec I Fund operations in Pernambuco, conducting portfolio development and monitoring a portfolio of five companies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several high tech companies and also worked as business consultant. He was founder and CEO of Meantime Mobile Creations, a pioneer in mobile game development in Brazil.
Reinaldo Almeida Coelho
Founding partner at Triaxis Capital and certified fund manager by CVM. He holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering, MSc in Economics, PhD in Finance from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, and a MSc in Industrial and System Engineering from Virginia Tech. As Regional Manager of Criatec I Fund, he structured and monitors the brazilian Southern portfolio, which was originally composed by five companies located in Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul states. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several high-tech companies and also worked as business consultant. He lectures finance at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) since 2005.
He holds a BA in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), postgraduate in Business Management with emphasis in Finance at Fundação Dom Cabral. He worked for Criatec I Fund, have analyzed and structured several investment operations in the state of Minas Gerais. He participated in attracting opportunities, preparation and acceleration of companies in Biotechnology, Agribusiness and Engineering.
Raphael Vasconcelos Moreira
É graduado em Relações Internacionais e Economia pela PUC Minas com pós em Gestão Empresarial com ênfase em Finança pela Fundação Dom Cabral e Técnico em Administração pela ETFG/SEBRAE. Analista de Investimentos, responsável pelo acompanhamento do FIP Criatec 2. Possui experiência em gestão de risco e processos, inteligência de mercado e promoção comercial internacional e finanças corporativas, tendo passagens pela Ernst & Young, governo de MG, câmaras de comercio e boutiques de investimento.
Graduated in Information Systems from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), he is part of Triaxis Capital’s services team and supports the investment and prospecting area of the Criatec 2 fund. He also volunteers as Startups Director at the Association of Information Technology Companies (ASSESPRO) PE / PB. He worked as an acceleration assistant at JUMP Brasil, a business accelerator, and managed Mind The Bizz, an entrepreneurial-based training program.
